GloMar Vantage (DP1) with Geotechnical spread available in Baltic Sea
MEWO S.A. (Subsea Solutions) are making available from 1st June 2020 the DP1 vessel GloMar Vantage which is on long term charter with the company.
The vessel has a MEWO owned geotechnical spread onboard for hire with the vessel including AP Van den Berg Roson 100kN CPT (3, 6m penetration) and VKG 3/6/7/9 VC (Vibro Core) system capable of 3, 6, 7, 9m penetration. The Roson is a proven versatile seabed CPT system deployed from the Vantage gantry crane and through the vessel moonpool for typical depths in the Baltic Sea both near and offshore. The electrical wheel drive system pushes the pre-assembled string into the seabed. The VC is an electrically driven vibrocore system, vibrating at around 30Hz (optionally 15Hz) coring bottom samples within Baltic sea water depths.
Additional MEWO owned and vessel borne equipment is offered as per below:

The GloMar Vantage is a 56m loa DP1 vessel with 3.5m draft, 5T SWL A frame and 5T SWL (12m) main crane, gantry crane SWL 20T, 28 POB.
Due to C-19 and the current O&G sector & project suspensions as a result of the associated oil price collapse, many associated projects in the Baltic for MEWO have been postponed making the vessel now available.
